Job Title: SEO Team Lead

Job Type: Onsite, Full-Time

Job Timings: 6pm - 3am

Location: Shadman, Lahore

We’re looking for an SEO Team Lead to own and optimize our search presence, leading a team of content writers, link acquisition specialists, and technical SEO executives while executing advanced on-page, off-page, and technical SEO tactics to dominate the SERPs.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop & execute a data-driven SEO roadmap tailored for medical billing & RCM keywords
• Lead & mentor a team of SEO specialists—aligning content, backlinks, and technical strategies
• Perform in-depth technical SEO audits—crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, and structured data
• Optimize for semantic search & search intent, leveraging NLP and entity-based SEO strategies
• Oversee advanced link-building—HARO, digital PR, authority backlinks, and competitive gap analysis
• Monitor SERP rankings & organic performance via Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs
• Integrate SEO with PPC & CRO strategies for full-funnel search dominance
• Stay ahead of Google’s algorithm updates—E-E-A-T, Helpful Content, and AI-driven search shifts

What We’re Looking For:

• 3- 5 years of SEO experience in healthcare, medical billing, or SaaS.
• Mastery of technical SEO, structured data, and entity-based optimization
• Expertise in Google Analytics, GSC, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and SurferSEO
• Proven experience with local SEO, authority link-building, and competitive keyword intelligence
• Strong analytical skills—turning search data into actionable growth strategies
• Ability to lead and scale an SEO team, ensuring execution at the highest level
