Job Summary

We’re looking for a creative, analytical, and proactive Social & Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. You’ll be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies to align with business goals
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.)
• Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other digital channels
• Monitor analytics and create performance reports using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.
• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and other departments to ensure cohesive messaging
• Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital and social media marketing
• Engage with the online community and respond to inquiries/comments in a timely manner
• Manage email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and automations (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 1 years of experience in digital and/or social media marketing
• Hands-on experience with platforms like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Canva/Adobe Suite
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and content marketing is a plus
• Experience with marketing CRMs and automation tools is a bonus (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp)
