Job Description: As a MEP Supervisor, you will oversee the installation, maintenance, and operation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for swimming pools and water features. You will manage on-site MEP activities, ensuring all work is done according to project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.

• Supervise MEP Works: Oversee and manage the installation, testing, and maintenance of MEP systems in pool and water feature projects (e.g., pumps, filtration systems, lighting, and plumbing).
• Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate MEP teams, ensuring they follow project plans and safety standards.
• Quality Control: Monitor the quality of work, ensuring compliance with safety, regulations, and project specifications.
• Site Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other departments to ensure smooth execution of MEP tasks on-site.
• Troubleshooting & Problem Solving: Address any MEP issues on-site and provide solutions to prevent delays.
• Inspection & Testing: Conduct inspections and tests on MEP systems to ensure they are installed and functioning properly.
• Documentation: Maintain records of work performed, materials used, and any changes made to the original design.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in MEP supervision, specifically in pool and water feature projects.
• Technical Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of MEP systems, especially those used in pools (e.g., filtration systems, pumps, lighting, and HVAC systems).
• Education: Relevant technical degree or certifications in MEP systems, engineering, or related fields.
• Certifications: Any relevant certifications or training in MEP systems, construction management, or related fields is a plus.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
