Job Overview:

We are looking for a Female Supervisor to manage online Quran classes, train teachers, and ensure smooth class operations.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise online Quran classes and ensure smooth operations.
• Train & guide teachers to improve teaching quality.
• Manage schedules and ensure timely connections between teachers and students.
• Monitor student progress, homework, tests, and trial classes.
• Communicate with students, parents, and teachers to resolve concerns.
• Handle schedule adjustments and delays efficiently.
• Use tools like Google Meet and Zoom to facilitate online learning.
• Perform administrative tasks related to class management.

Requirements:

• Education: Completed Dars-e-Nizami degree or other Islamic study (Mandatory).
• Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of Google Meet, Zoom, and Excel.
• Language: Strong English communication skills.
• Equipment: Must have a laptop and a stable internet connection.
• Personality: Excellent leadership, organizational, and time management skills.

Benefits:

• Salary: PKR 30,000 per month

Shift Timing:

• Monday to Saturday: 6:45 PM – 7:30 AM
• Saturday: Classes are not back-to-back like weekdays, but you are required to cover all scheduled sessions throughout the day.
