Responsibilities: -

• Develop and implement a comprehensive asset management strategy for formwork and civil engineering assets.
• Ensure assets are managed throughout their lifecycle, from procurement to decommissioning.
• Create and maintain a roadmap for the optimization of asset performance and cost-efficiency.
• Conduct regular assessments of the formwork and civil assets to determine current and future needs.
• Oversee the development of long-term asset investment plans, including replacement and repair schedules.
• Implement forecasting tools to predict asset deterioration and develop strategies for proactive management.
• Ensure timely and effective repairs or replacement of assets to avoid project delays.
• Track and report on asset performance and downtime.
• Prepare and manage the budget for formwork and civil asset management activities.
• Ensure all assets comply with local, national, and international regulations and industry standards.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure assets meet quality and regulatory standards.
• Lead and manage a team of asset management professionals, technicians, and engineers.
• Manage relationships with suppliers, contractors, and service providers for the procurement, maintenance, and servicing of assets.
• Provide regular reports to senior management on asset performance, maintenance activities, and capital expenditure.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and performance of asset management systems.

Qualification – Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related filed.

Experience – Minimum 5–7 years of experience in asset management within the construction or civil engineering industry. Hands-on experience in managing formwork systems and civil engineering assets.
