QA/QC Manager (Should have minimum 10 years’ Experience inside UAE)

Main Purpose of Role:

Core Engineering Role to produce the volume of engineering activities on projects and within the business as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Constructions.
• Strong knowledge of construction codes and standards
• Strong communications and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement project-specific QA/QC plans.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits.
• Manage all QA/QC documentation.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Identify and resolve quality issues.
• Prepare and present QA/QC reports.

Certificate of Equivalency from UAE Ministry of Education is a Must.
