The Pediatric Specialist will be responsible for providing expert medical care to infants, children, and adolescents, diagnosing and managing a wide range of pediatric conditions, and supporting overall child health and development. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to delivering family-centered, evidence-based care and working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a variety of acute and chronic medical conditions in children from birth through adolescence.
• Conduct physical examinations, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop treatment plans tailored to each patient.
• Provide guidance on growth and development, immunizations, nutrition, and preventive care.
• Collaborate with pediatric nurses, primary care providers, and other specialists to ensure coordinated and holistic care.
• Maintain detailed and accurate medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Communicate effectively with patients' families, offering education and emotional support.
• Stay current with the latest pediatric medical research, guidelines, and technologies.
• Participate in hospital rounds, on-call duties, and clinical meetings as required.

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree.
• Completion of a residency in Pediatrics and fellowship (if applicable).
• Board certification or board eligibility in Pediatrics or a Pediatric Subspecialty.
