Job Opportunity: Manager Legal and Compliance

Location: Shahra-e-Faisal, Karachi

Education: Master’s in Law or related field (LLM preferred)

Experience: 8-10 years in legal and compliance roles, including 3+ years of managerial experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee legal and regulatory compliance.

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.

• Provide legal advice to senior management and the Board.

• Represent the company in court proceedings and regulatory matters.

• Ensure adherence to corporate governance standards.

• Manage legal documentation and due diligence processes.
