Key Responsibilities:

• Capable of drafting contracts and agreements and review legal documents and contracts
• Prepare contractual and commercial risk assessment for requests for proposal and provide support during the pre-tendering stage
• Knows Local contract and relevant economy Laws with an eye to combine with business target and propose risk control scenario
• Review employment contracts and advise HR department on same
• Participate in Project management and provide practical scenario for avoiding risks and help business promotion
• Optimize company business internal procedure legalized, and suggestions, assess and supervise risks
• Conduct legal research and provide legal opinions related to countries the company already operates in as well as new jurisdictions and growth markets
• Identify areas for improvement in existing contracting processes, revise existing procedures and/or templates or draft new ones
• Provide other legal advice
• Recommending law firms
• Assistance in related legal matters in UAE and Oman
• Tasks assigned by both the line manager and the overseas legal and compliance department

Qualifications:

• Degree in Law
• Proven experience as Lawyer.
• Experience with heavy Machinery is preferable
• Willingness to travel and provide on-site support.
• Valid driver’s license
