Job Description

Qualifications : M.Com/ACCA

Oversees the day-to-day functioning of the office, ensuring that administrative processes

  • Run smoothly and managing calls and front desk
  • Provide support to staff and management, including handling correspondence,
  • preparing documents, and scheduling meetings.
  • Supervise office staff, including clerical and administrative personnel.
  • Maintain proper document filing systems.
  • Manage data entry and other record-keeping tasks.
  • Oversee office supplies to ensure resources are available when needed.
  • Establish and implement office policies and procedures to maintain order and efficiency.
  • Assist with budget preparation and track expenditures.
  • Coordinate with building management for office maintenance and repairs.
  • Ensure a safe and clean work environment.
  • Provide regular office operations reports to management.
  • Support the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees.
  • Generating the company’s financial reports.
  • Keeping a check on the company’s finances based on financial status.
  • Filing and remitting taxes and other financial obligations.
  • Provides financial information to management by preparing financial reports.
  • Prepares day to day accounting entries.
  • Maintains financial security by following internal controls.
  • Reconciling the company’s bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers
  • Review various vouchers and their cross check with accounting records.
  • Analyze and evaluate the accuracy of accounting systems and procedures.
  • Assist in the preparation of various functional budgets.
  • Prepare Bank Reconciliation statement.
  • Keeping track of the expiration dates for company documents.
  • Maintaining database of employees.
  • Maintain proper books of accounts and comply with domestic law
  • Prepares payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements.
  • Follow up on Sundry Debtors & Creditors
  • Managing company’s Utility bills.
  • Preparing monthly forecasts for payment follow-ups.
  • Managing and organizing data for VAT filing.
  • Maintaining general ledgers.
  • Meets multiple daily deadlines, Prioritizes and organizes tasks.
  • Assist Auditors to prepare Financial Reports.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
