Urgent Hiring: Experienced Female Business Setup Advisor for UAE

A leading business setup consultancy in the UAE is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Female Business Setup Advisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in assisting foreign investors and entrepreneurs to establish and grow their businesses in the UAE.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive guidance and support to clients throughout the entire business setup process, from initial consultation to post-setup assistance.
• Conduct thorough market research and feasibility studies to identify the most suitable business structure and location for clients' specific needs.
• Assist clients with obtaining all necessary licenses, permits, and approvals from relevant government authorities.
• Advise clients on legal and regulatory compliance matters, including corporate governance, tax laws, and labor regulations.
• Maintain strong relationships with government officials and free zone authorities to ensure efficient and timely processing of applications.
• Provide ongoing support to clients on various business-related matters, such as visa and residency applications, bank account opening, and office space leasing.
• Stay abreast of the latest changes in UAE business laws and regulations to ensure clients receive accurate and up-to-date advice.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, law, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business setup consulting in the UAE.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE business laws, regulations, and procedures.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic (both written and spoken).
