We are seeking a content creator and spokesperson for Capital.com on social media channels, including YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram, targeted at Chinese speakers. The role will be based in our office in Dubai.

Responsibilities

• Represent Capital.com in Asia and manage Chinese-language social media presence.
• Produce engaging daily video content on financial markets (stocks, FX, crypto, etc.).
• Create written content for Chinese social platforms.
• Plan and coordinate social media programming with the team.
• Script, film, edit, and post vertical videos (TikTok, Reels, YouTube).
• Stay updated on trends and news across platforms.
• Appear on camera and engage with followers.
• Respond to comments and client inquiries via chat, email, and calls.
• Provide professional support and training to build client trust.
• Gather client feedback and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate across departments to resolve issues.
• Maintain awareness of competitors and market trends.

Requirements

• Fluent/native in Mandarin and English (Cantonese a plus).
• Proven experience creating video content for social media (portfolio or links required).
• Strong on-camera presence and a unique voice.
• Confident, charismatic, and driven.
• Solid grasp of social media, especially for a male audience.
• Interest in financial markets and eagerness to share insights daily.
• Access to professional recording equipment.
• Financial knowledge or ability to research and create market-related content.
