The Role
Roles & Responsibilities • Develop and implement supply chain strategies that will help improve efficiency and reduce costs • Manage and oversee the activities of the procurement team to ensure that all required materials are purchased in a timely manner and at the best possible prices • Manage inventory levels to ensure that sufficient stock is available to meet customer demand while minimizing excess stock • Monitor production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products to customers, globally. • Work closely with logistics partners to optimize transportation and distribution of products • Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers to ensure timely delivery of quality materials • Develop and maintain metrics to track the performance of the supply chain and take corrective action as necessary • Continuously identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimize the supply chain.

Requirements
Skills Required: • Excellent knowledge of procurement, logistics, inventory and warehouse management • Strong leadership and management skills • Strong Negotiation skills • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Ability to work well under pressure and within tight deadlines.
