Job Description

Job Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Procurement Coordinator to strengthen our procurement team. This role involves supporting the company’s procurement activities by ensuring seamless coordination with international suppliers, effective vendor management, and should know about international sourcing standards. The ideal candidate is a motivated individual with a fresh perspective or up to three years of hands-on international experience in procurement or supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and implementing procurement strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with reliable suppliers and vendors globally.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to achieve the best value while maintaining quality standards.
  • Prepare, review, and process purchase orders, contracts, and agreements.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure the timely procurement of materials and supplies to avoid stockouts.
  • Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions, including supplier performance, purchase history, and contract details.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to understand their specific procurement requirements and ensure timely fulfilment.
  • Track shipments, handle logistics coordination, and resolve any delivery-related issues.
  • Stay updated with global market trends, pricing fluctuations, and supplier innovations to ensure competitive procurement practices.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry regulations, and international procurement standards.

Experience Level: Graduates or 1-3 Years of Pure International Experience

Qualification Requirements:

MBA in Supply Chain Management (SC) or BS in a related discipline or any other Procurement certification

Desired Skills and Attributes:

  • A strong understanding of procurement principles and supply chain management practices.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and advanced knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills to foster partnerships with vendors and suppliers.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills to handle complex procurement challenges.
  • High attention to detail to ensure the accuracy of contracts, purchase orders, and inventory records.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
