R&D Chemist – Sports Flooring
Location: Sharjah Sajja

Role Overview:
We are seeking an R&D Chemist to support the development and enhancement of sports flooring systems, including polyurethane and acrylic-based formulations. The role involves hands-on lab work, testing, and coordination with production and technical teams to ensure product innovation and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and improve sports flooring systems (PU, acrylic, hybrid).
Conduct lab tests for mechanical, chemical, and weathering properties.
Evaluate raw materials for quality, performance, and cost efficiency.
Maintain technical documentation (TDS, MSDS, test reports).
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support scale-up and application trials.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s in Chemistry / Polymer / Material Science (Master’s preferred).
Good years of R&D experience in coatings, construction chemicals, or sports flooring. Familiarity with international standards (FIBA, ITF, etc.) is a plus.
