Job Title: Product & Strategy Specialist – B2B

Job Type: Contract (Project Based)

Product & Strategy Development:

• Define and execute the B2B product roadmap, ensuring alignment with PTCL’s strategic growth initiatives.
• Work closely with technology, commercial, and business teams to introduce new digital solutions, SaaS offerings, and cloud-based services.
• Design and manage tariff plans, pricing structures, and bundled offerings for enterprise and SME segments.
• Optimize the Enterprise Device Catalogue, integrating smartphones, IoT solutions, MBBs, fintech devices (POS, soundbox, QR), and enterprise terminals.

CRM & Digital Platforms:

• Oversee the deployment and enhancement of CRM systems for lead management, customer retention, and sales automation.
• Drive the integration of billing and order management systems with CRM to improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure seamless catalogue and tariff management through self-care portals, digital marketplaces, and omnichannel platforms.

VAS & Enterprise Solutions:

• Explore innovative Value-Added Services (VAS), including AI-powered enterprise services.
• Lead partnerships with global and local technology providers to enhance PTCL’s enterprise offerings.

Key Requirements:

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in B2B product management, strategy, or digital transformation roles.
• Hands-on expertise in CRM systems, billing solutions, catalogue/tariff management, and digital platforms.
• Exposure to VAS, IoT solutions, fintech devices, and enterprise connectivity will be a plus.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Proficiency in presentations, data analytics, reporting, and business intelligence tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs160,000.00 - Rs180,000.00 per month
