Job Description: Data Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, with the ability to transform complex data into actionable insights. The role requires expertise in data visualization, statistical analysis, and data management. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing large datasets, identifying trends, and providing recommendations to support strategic decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
• Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations in the data.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to business stakeholders based on data analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and deliver solutions that meet those needs.
• Ensure data quality and accuracy through rigorous testing and validation processes.
• Stay current with industry best practices and emerging data analysis technologies.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior data analysts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in a data analysis role.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling.
• Experience with SQL and data management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work with large datasets.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) is a plus.
