Job Description

What You'll Do:

  • Build insightful dashboards to monitor marketing performance.
  • Perform in-depth data analysis using Excel, SPSS, and visualization tools.
  • Support marketing campaigns with data-driven insights.
  • Conduct market research, segmentation, and competitor benchmarking.
  • Present reports and actionable recommendations to internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate across departments to support strategic decision-making.
  • Travel occasionally for institutional data collection and presentations.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Education: Minimum 16 years of education (Stats, Data Science, Marketing, or related).
  • Experience: 1–2 years in data/marketing analysis (education sector experience is a plus).
  • Skills:
  • Advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros, formulas)
  • SPSS for statistical analysis
  • Dashboard tools (Power BI/Google Data Studio/Tableau)
  • Bonus: Familiarity with SQL, Python, or R
  • Strong understanding of marketing concepts & KPIs
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills
  • Team player with solid interpersonal skills

Pay: From Rs50,000.00 per month
