Job Purpose:

To support and manage the efficient and professional delivery of occupational and non-occupational health services in accordance with company policies, procedures, and applicable health regulations, contributing to the overall health and safety goals of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Medical Health Advisor in the daily administrative and operational tasks of the Occupational Health Center.
• Provide first aid and clinical nursing care for occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses in a professional and timely manner.
• Participate in pre-employment and hazard-based health screenings of employees.
• Assist in the identification and implementation of health surveillance and injury/illness prevention measures in the workplace.
• Monitor workers' hygiene and ensure compliance with industrial hygiene regulations to mitigate the risk of foodborne illnesses.
• Support the EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) team in accident investigations and conduct root cause analysis for all first aid and emergency cases.
• Conduct routine inspections of work areas and ensure that all First Aid Boxes are stocked as per regulatory requirements.
• Collect, maintain, and report daily data related to first aid and emergency cases to line managers.
• Manage clinic operations including medical records, stock of medicines, equipment, and general cleanliness.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education:
• Diploma in Nursing / Anesthesia Technician / General Nursing / B.Sc. Nursing
• Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience in a tertiary healthcare hospitalMale25 to 35 years

• Technical Skills:
• Basic computer skills (essential for managing electronic medical records)
• Knowledge of occupational health regulations and hygiene standards

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
