The Opportunity:
We are looking for a Consultant Orthopedic Surgeon to join a prestigious hospital in Dubai. You will focus on delivering advanced surgical solutions and personalized care for a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions. Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Diagnosing and managing orthopedic conditions, from trauma injuries to degenerative disorders.
• Performing advanced surgical procedures, including joint replacements, sports injury repairs, and minimally invasive techniques.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to design comprehensive treatment plans for patients.
• Guiding patients through pre- and post-operative care, ensuring optimal outcomes and rehabilitation.
• Staying at the forefront of innovations in orthopedic surgery and integrating new practices.
• Supervising and mentoring junior team members to foster their professional growth.
• Ensuring compliance with UAE healthcare regulations and maintaining the highest standards of care.

What We’re Looking For:

• Western-trained qualifications such as FRCS, CCT, American Board Certification, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years’ post-specialization experience in Orthopedic Surgery.
• Proven expertise in performing complex surgeries and utilizing minimally invasive techniques.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, thriving in a multicultural environment.
• Licensing eligibility to practice medicine in the UAE.

• Salary: Competitive package of 70,000 AED to 90,000 AED per month, based on qualifications and experience.
