Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Camp Boss to manage and oversee the daily operations of a labour camp in a construction environment. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring proper maintenance, security, hygiene, and overall well-being of camp residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage the overall operations of the labour camp.
  • Maintain camp discipline, hygiene, and security.
  • Oversee accommodation allocation and ensure proper record-keeping.
  • Monitor daily catering and food quality for workers.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company regulations.
  • Coordinate with HR, site supervisors, and management regarding workers' needs.
  • Handle camp maintenance, repairs, and facility management.
  • Manage inventory and supplies for camp operations.
  • Ensure waste management and environmental cleanliness.
  • Address and resolve any grievances among workers.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Camp Boss in a construction labour camp.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of health & safety regulations in labour accommodations.
  • Ability to manage large groups of workers and maintain discipline.
  • Proficiency in [English, Hindi or other required languages].
  • Basic knowledge of facility maintenance and inventory management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 – AED2,700.00 per month
