Overview
Responsibility and Focus:
As a Senior Designer - Agile Content Studio, you are responsible for creating visual content across multiple communication touchpoints by bringing brand storytelling and product life through audio visual media while applying the global quality standards
Another key part of this role would be designing and executing agile integrated, cross-channel content initiatives - you can turn daydreams into reality with flair and speed
You’ll spend quality time with your good friends Photoshop and Illustrator, yes, but you’ll also collaborate with content creators, copywriters, multimedia designers, and other key members of our content team to produce awesome, industry-leading work
Candidates for this role enjoy the considerations of aesthetics, visual communication flow, the golden ratio, the rule of thirds (how the user´s eye recognizes good layout), color, and typography including how these design tools can be used to create compelling marketing content - regionally and globally.
You will be an active member of the Publicis Content Product, Brand & Creative Team
In addition to the Brand & Creative Team and Product Marketing Team, you will collaborate regularly with the other practices and entities within Publicis Group

When Creating Client Brand Assets You Should
- Have a desire to merge knowledge and experience with business and art
- Work independently on “design only” projects
- Produce content for social media using different formats across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter and YouTube
- Take care of a project from the concept phase to the realisation phase
- Consider the information architecture to ensure relevance, accessibility, and users´ visual processing abilities
- Leverage emotion to create memorable, visual impact
- Ensure that brand positioning and usability go hand in hand

Main Tasks
Technical & Product
- Creating and communicating concepts that intrigue and inspire your both peers and clients - with smart rational to back them up
- Perform Video Editing and Animation
- Perform retouching and manipulation of images
- Designing comps, storyboards, initial graphic concepts, and final deliverables
- Provide editorial, creative and technical support to team members

Create content and design visual packages to communicate digital and non-digital brand messages such as social media campaigns, marketing emails, PR and print materials
- Collaborating and partnering with copywriters to ensure that both the copy and the visuals are in perfect synch to make the concept as powerful, vivid and compelling as possible
- Assisting the Content Team to improve the Creative group’s technical and creative performance
- Stay atop of current content and technology trends and how those may affect your client business
- Perform consistently against all published KPI's and scorecard objectives
- Ensure completed projects are high quality and on schedule to adhere to content briefing, production schedules and workflows
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects within proposed ideas and budget restrictions
- Collaborate with editors and other brand and creative team members to implement creative direction

Ensure client compliance, process consistency and client quality assurance
- Brainstorming and developing campaigns while working with clients on multiple projects at once
- Brainstorm with team members to develop new ideas
- Proactively suggest new opportunities to the client teams / clients (with an eye to upsell and cross sell broader Groupe proposition)

- Bachelor's degree in communications, graphic, design, communications, photography or equivalent work experience required
- A knack for strategic brainstorming, campaign development, creative brief development, and creative execution
- Bi-lingual (English / Arabic) proficiency is ideal
- Energy, a sense of humor and an open and a curious mind
- 5 to 7 years agency experience or in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects
- Proven graphic design and layout skills in the area of print, packaging, especially for digital mediums, a plus
- Have a firm understanding of color theory and how vital the right choice of color scheme is and design with an eye for how elements match the tone
- Demonstrable experience shooting and creating content for organic and/or paid social media, ideally Events, products, food and/or lifestyle focused content
- Hands on experience using post-production and design software such as:-
- Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign is a Must
- Adobe Premiere & Adobe After Effect is a Plus
- Excellent eye for detail and passion for creating meaningful lifestyle content that inspires
- An interest in analytics and understanding of how creative content needs to perform in a business setting
- Candidates must be willing and able to travel both domestically and regionally within the ME
