As an Interior Designer & Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the design process while driving sales of furniture, decor, and design services. You’ll use your artistic vision to create inspiring spaces while leveraging your sales skills to meet and exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities:Design & Consultation:

• Conduct client consultations to understand their style preferences, budget, and functional needs.
• Create mood boards, 2D/3D renderings, and space plans to visualize design concepts.
• Recommend furniture, fabrics, finishes, and decor to align with the client’s vision.
• Oversee project execution, ensuring design integrity from concept to installation.

Sales & Business Development:

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for furniture, accessories, and design packages.
• Build long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Maintain a deep knowledge of product inventory, promotions, and lead times.
• Collaborate with marketing to showcase design projects and attract new clients.

Customer Experience:

• Provide exceptional service, from initial consultation to post-sale follow-up.
• Handle client concerns professionally and offer creative solutions.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and budgets.

Requirements:

✔ Education: Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or related field.
✔ Experience:

• 2+ years in interior design (residential/commercial).
• Proven sales experience (retail, furniture, or luxury goods preferred).
