Key Responsibilities:

• Lead architectural design and planning across high-profile projects
• Oversee and mentor project teams, ensuring quality and efficiency
• Manage client relationships and present design concepts effectively
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and regulations
• Drive sustainability and innovation in design

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture
• 8+ years of architectural experience, with at least 3 in a senior or lead role
• Licensed Architect (RA or equivalent)
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D modeling software
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects with attention to detail
