Role Overview:

We’re seeking a Senior Architect to lead high-profile projects from concept to completion. You’ll mentor junior staff, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure designs meet functional, aesthetic, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design development, construction documentation, and project management.
• Oversee client presentations, stakeholder coordination, and permitting processes.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, sustainability standards (LEED, WELL, etc.), and best practices.
• Drive innovation in design technology (BIM, Revit, 3D modeling).
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and team collaboration.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience.
• Expertise in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong portfolio showcasing complex, built projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
