Here at Techversol We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces for our digital products. From concept to execution, the UI/UX Designer will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver engaging and user-centric designs.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand project requirements and user needs.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Design and deliver high-quality, pixel-perfect visuals for web and mobile interfaces.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design processes.
• Work closely with developers to ensure seamless integration of designs into the final product.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback and user testing results.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
• Portfolio of previous design projects showcasing a strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
• Solid understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their impact on design.
• Experience with responsive design for various screen sizes and devices.
• Strong communication skills and ability to effectively present and defend design decisions.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, iterative design process.
• Bachelor's degree in Design OR a related field.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with animation and interaction design.
• Knowledge of accessibility best practices.
• Familiarity Social Media centric designs.
• Prior Experience of Graphics design is a plus.

Timings (Shifts available):

• 7Pm - 4Am (Night Shift)
• 3PM-12AM (Evening Shift)
