Position: Draftsman – Architectural
Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Description: We are hiring an Architectural Draftsman to assist in preparing detailed architectural drawings for high-end residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for detail, technical proficiency, and a creative touch.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and develop detailed architectural drawings and layouts from design concepts.
• Work closely with architects and designers to translate ideas into technical drawings.
• Revise drawings as per client or consultant feedback.
• Ensure compliance with UAE building codes and regulations.
• Produce coordinated drawings for submission and approvals.
• Support site teams by providing clear and accurate construction documents.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience (UAE experience preferred).
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, or 3D rendering software is a plus.
• Good understanding of Dubai Municipality (DM) and other regulatory requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
