Joyland Ltd is looking for a position of "Female Assistant Manager Operations"

Experience: 2-3 years

Qualification: BBA, BS Honors. (Preferred candidates are female professionals with experience in amusement parks, mall management, hospitality, or sales)

Salary: 90k-100k

Timings: 4 PM-12 AM

Location: Lahore

Job Description:

• Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of rides, attractions, and guest areas.
• Coordinate with maintenance, security, and food & beverage teams for seamless operations.
• Monitor ride performance and queue times, responding promptly to issues or guest complaints.
• Ensure superior guest service standards are maintained throughout the park.
• Handle escalated guest concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Monitor cleanliness, signage, and staff behavior to ensure a pleasant park atmosphere.
• Supervise and support operational staff, including ride operators, ticketing agents, and park attendants.
• Assist in recruitment, training, and scheduling of front-line staff.
• Conduct daily briefings and performance check-ins with team members.
• Maintain accurate operational logs, reports, and incident records.
• Support budgeting and cost control initiatives within the operations team.
• Conduct routine safety inspections and ensure compliance with local and internal regulations.
• Report and escalate potential hazards or incidents promptly.
