Job Summary:


The Station Lead at Daraz is responsible for overseeing station operations, ensuring efficient first mile day to day operations, managing logistics teams, and driving performance to meet key operational KPIs. This role requires strong leadership, process optimization, and a data-driven approach to enhance service quality and customer experience.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Station Operations Management:


  • Oversee day-to-day station operations, including inbound, outbound,
  • Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of orders while maintaining adherence to Daraz SLAs.
  • Implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency and reduce cost-per-package.
  • Enforce compliance with Daraz policies, safety standards, and government regulations.


2. Team Leadership & Performance Management:


  • Lead, train, and supervise station staff.
  • Monitor staff performance, set targets, and implement performance improvement plans.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.


3. Customer/Seller Experience & Service Quality:


  • Ensure timely resolution of customer/seller’s concerns.
  • Monitor service quality metrics and take corrective actions to enhance customer satisfaction.


4. Performance Tracking & Reporting:


  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time outbound, Orders inflows, and station productivity.
  • Prepare and analyze operational reports for continuous improvement.
  • Leverage data analytics to identify bottlenecks and optimize processes.


5. Inventory & Asset Management:


  • Ensure proper handling, storage, and dispatch of packages to minimize losses and damages.
  • Maintain accurate stock and asset records for audits and compliance.
  • Ensure all station equipment is well-maintained and operational.
