Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies to support business goals.
• Help manage social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, and others.
• Write engaging captions and content that align with the brand's voice and audience interests.
• Assist in curating and scheduling content to ensure consistent posting across all platforms.
• Support the creation of visuals, videos, and written content to enhance engagement.
• Stay updated with social media trends and suggest innovative ideas to improve performance.
• Monitor social media performance using analytics tools and provide insights for improvements.
• Engage with the audience by responding to comments and messages promptly.
• Research trending hashtags to maximize organic reach.
• Assist in creating engaging stories on Facebook and Instagram to enhance audience interaction.

Requirements:

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new trends and tools.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and their features (e.g., Instagram Reels, TikTok trends).
• Basic knowledge of design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar software is a plus.
