• 3+ years of experience in estimation or quantity surveying in the construction industry for immediate joining.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Analyze project drawings, specifications, and related documents to prepare accurate cost estimates.
• Evaluate and quantify materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
• Prepare and submit tender and bid documentation in line with deadlines.
• Coordinate with procurement and engineering teams to gather necessary information for accurate pricing.
• Source and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations.
• Monitor market trends and price fluctuations for construction materials and labor.
• Review and interpret client requirements and technical specifications.
• Conduct risk analysis and propose contingencies for identified risks.
• Assist in value engineering and cost optimization strategies.
