Role Overview:

We're looking for a proactive, highly organized Personal Assistant to support our leadership team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and able to manage a wide variety of administrative and executive support tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Director(s) and senior management
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
  • Handle confidential documents and communications with professionalism
  • Organize travel arrangements, site visits, and itineraries
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting notes as required
  • Coordinate internal communications and assist with project follow-ups
  • Assist in managing project documentation and liaising with suppliers or clients when necessary
  • Track project deadlines and ensure timely reminders and updates
  • Support with procurement, ordering, and invoice processing
  • Handle office management duties, including liaising with service providers

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a PA, Executive Assistant, or similar role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information
  • Prior experience in the construction, fit-out, or interior design industry is a plus
  • Familiarity with project management tools or ERP systems is advantageous
