Key Responsibilities

• Perform rapid assessments of patients presenting with acute medical problems
• Provide life-saving interventions and treatment for critical conditions
• Work in tandem with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
• Utilize advanced diagnostic tools to guide treatment decisions
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient interactions and treatments
• Engage in hospital initiatives aimed at quality improvement and patient safety

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from an accredited institution
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency in Emergency Medicine
• Board certification or eligibility in Emergency Medicine
• Active medical license in the state of practice
• Experience in treating emergency cases is preferred
• Demonstrated strong clinical skills and decision-making abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to perform well in high-pressure situations
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
