B2B Telesales Representative - Outbound Call Center
Position Overview: As a Business Developer Executive in our outbound call center, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving sales growth by reaching out to potential business clients. Your role will involve engaging with decision-makers, presenting our products or services, and managing the sales pipeline to achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Initiate contact with potential business clients through cold calls, following up on leads, and leveraging existing databases.
- Sales Presentation: Conduct persuasive sales presentations over the phone, clearly explaining product features, benefits, and value propositions to potential clients.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects. Understand their business needs and challenges to offer appropriate solutions.
- Follow-Up and Nurturing: Consistently follow up with leads and prospects to move them through the sales funnel. Address any objections or concerns they might have.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions, follow-ups, and outcomes in the CRM system. Track performance metrics and report on progress.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, marketing department, and other relevant teams to align strategies and optimize sales efforts.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to better understand customer needs and refine your sales approach.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience in B2B telesales or a similar sales role, preferably in an outbound call center environment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly and persuasively.
- Sales Skills: Strong sales acumen with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Experience in handling objections and closing deals.
- Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude. Persistence and determination in pursuing leads.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and maintain detailed records.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and market conditions.
Educational Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
Additional Information:
- Location: Gulburge 3 Lahore.
- Timing: 7:00 pm to 4:00 am
- Compensation: Commission + Bonus
- Saturday & Sunday are off
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
