Headquartered in Dubai Production City, we are expanding rapidly and seeking motivated, results-driven Business Development Executives to grow with us.

What You’ll Do:

• Proactively generate leads via cold calling, LinkedIn, Google, field visits, and industry networking
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships through consistent communication and outstanding service
• Understand client needs and translate them into clear project briefs and proposals
• Coordinate with design and production teams to ensure seamless project execution
• Manage multiple sales opportunities while staying organized and meeting deadlines
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in Sales within Advertising, Printing, Signage, or Exhibition industries
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
• Confident in cold calling, appointment setting, and delivering sales presentations
• Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities
• A professional demeanor with a creative and strategic sales approach
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Google Sheets/Docs)
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or AutoCAD is a bonus
• Valid UAE Driving License is highly preferred
