We are looking for a highly motivated Sourcing Specialist to join our Amazon FBA Wholesale team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to brands and wholesale suppliers to secure product approvals for the Amazon FBA wholesale business model. Your role will involve building strong relationships via email and phone calls, negotiating terms, and ensuring supplier compliance with Amazon requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and contact brands or authorized distributors to secure wholesale accounts.
• Communicate professionally via email and phone to build trust and secure approvals.
• Maintain organized records of outreach, communication, and approvals.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to ensure profitability.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding of approved suppliers.
• Stay updated on Amazon FBA wholesale trends and sourcing best practices.

Requirements:

• Prior experience with Amazon FBA wholesale sourcing preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple accounts and follow-ups.
• Proficiency in using spreadsheets and CRM tools for tracking leads and approvals.
