Qualification:

BBA / MBA- Marketing or related field.

Experience:

02~04 years of relevant experience. (Experience in real estate sector would be given preference).

Competencies & Skills:

· Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

· Strong leadership and management skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

· Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.

· Proficient in MS Office and ERP software.

· Out of the box thinking.

Job Description:

  • Identify potential buyers and sellers through various channels, including networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct property tours and showcase the unique selling points of residential or commercial properties.
  • Consult with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
  • Provide guidance on property investment, market trends, and financing options.
  • Negotiate property prices, terms of sale, and other contractual aspects to ensure a mutually beneficial agreement.
  • Prepare and present offers and counteroffers to facilitate successful transactions.
  • Coordinate the preparation and completion of all necessary paperwork for property transactions.
  • Work closely with legal and administrative teams to ensure smooth and timely closings.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate professionals, and industry contacts.
  • Follow up with clients post-transaction to encourage referrals and repeat business.
