Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive with 1-2 years of experience in real estate or pharmaceutical sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving membership sales, converting leads into members, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a blend of proactive outreach, customer relationship management, and strategic selling techniques
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify and target potential clients for membership sales through various channels including referrals, networking events, and digital marketing.
· Utilize CRM tools to manage and track leads, ensuring a consistent follow-up process.
· Engage with potential members through presentations, meetings, and follow-up calls to convert leads into memberships.
· Develop and execute strategies to maximize conversion rates and achieve sales targets.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
· Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transaction details.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
· 1-2 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate or the pharmaceutical industry.
· Experience with membership sales and customer conversion processes is highly desirable.
