Job Description

Job Title: Sales Supervisor

Location: Avenues Mall

Work Hours: 8 hours per day

Job Overview:

The Sales Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a sales team to ensure the achievement of sales targets, high customer satisfaction, and effective team performance. This role involves providing leadership, guidance, and support to sales representatives, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge necessary to succeed. The Sales Supervisor will also track performance metrics, analyze sales data, assist in setting sales goals, and collaborate with other departments to enhance the customer experience. This position requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to motivate and drive a team towards consistent results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership & Management: Oversee the sales team, providing guidance, motivation, and support. Ensure that individual sales representatives meet their targets.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales goals, considering market trends, product offerings, and customer needs.
  • Training & Development: Identify skills gaps with the sales team, provide ongoing training, and offer feedback to improve team performance.
  • Sales Monitoring: Track sales performance against targets, identify performance issues, and take corrective action where necessary.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Ensure that the sales team maintains strong relationships with

clients, providing excellent customer service and ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (marketing, finance, operations) to align sales activities with company objectives.
  • Sales Reporting: Provide timely and accurate sales reports to senior management, tracking KPIs such as revenue, conversion rates, and sales pipeline.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Streamline and standardize the sales process to improve efficiency, reduce friction, and drive higher sales.
  • CRM Management: Manage the CRM system, ensuring all sales activities, client communications, and opportunities are recorded and tracked.
  • Sales Forecasting: Use historical data, market trends, and business insights to forecast sales and assist in inventory planning and resource allocation.
  • Sales Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including processing sales orders, managing pricing, handling contracts, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Data Analysis: Regularly analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and performance gaps.
  • Sales Tools and Technology: Ensure the team has access to the necessary tools and resources (e.g., Shopify POS, Knet Machines, Receipt Printer) to succeed in their roles.

Requirements:

- Previous retail or sales experience is mandatory.

- Visa 18 transferable (Project or Visa 20 is not accepted)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.

- Strong customer service skills with a positive and approachable attitude.

- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

- Basic knowledge of using a POS system or willingness to learn.
