Are you skilled at identifying potential clients and starting conversations that open doors? We're looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to help grow our client base through smart outreach and strategic engagement.

What You’ll Do:

• Find and connect with potential clients via LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, email, and other online platforms
• Create and manage lead lists using CRM tools
• Craft and send personalized messages to attract prospects
• Work closely with sales and marketing to convert leads into customers
• Track, analyze, and report on lead generation performance

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–2 years of experience in lead generation or outreach
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn, email tools, and online prospecting
• Excellent communication skills – written and spoken
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and goal-focused
• Familiarity with CRMs is a plus
