Night Shift (9pm-6am)
Clifton, Block 5

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers via chat and telephone to resolve issues, providing information on products, account inquiries, and status.
  • Offer troubleshooting assistance and aim for first-contact resolution.
  • Utilize retention strategies to turn cancellation requests into opportunities for upgrades and savings.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to better assist customers.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships to encourage repeat business and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with our UK team to provide timely updates on customer interactions.
