Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers via chat and telephone to resolve issues, providing information on products, account inquiries, and status.
- Offer troubleshooting assistance and aim for first-contact resolution.
- Utilize retention strategies to turn cancellation requests into opportunities for upgrades and savings.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to better assist customers.
- Build and maintain positive relationships to encourage repeat business and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with our UK team to provide timely updates on customer interactions.
