
We’re seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Customer Service & Receptionist with UAE Experience to be the first point of contact for our clients. You’ll handle inquiries, assist with orders, and ensure smooth operations at our showroom.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and assist with product inquiries in-person, via phone, or email.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Resolve customer concerns with patience and professionalism.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and company policies.
- Manage front desk operations (answer calls, schedule appointments, direct visitors).
- Guide customers through product options and promotions.
- Collaborate with sales and design teams to enhance customer experience.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience: 1+ year in customer service, retail, or reception roles (furniture industry a plus!).
Communication: Excellent verbal/written skills—friendly and professional demeanor.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in MS Office, POS systems, and basic CRM tools.
Organization: Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-Solver: Resourceful and calm under pressure.
