Positions:

1) Lead Generation Specialist (Salary 40,000 - 60,000)

2) Order Intake Specialist (Salary 70,000 - 120,000)

Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Receive and process DME orders from customers or healthcare providers promptly and accurately.

2. Verify order details, including prescriptions, insurance coverage, and patient information, to ensure completeness.

3. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, such as Medicare, Medicaid, and other healthcare standards.

4. Coordinate with inventory, logistics, and delivery teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

5. Address and resolve inquiries, changes, or cancellations related to DME orders.

6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in DME order management systems, ensuring data integrity.
