What Will You Do
- Support Collection Development: Assist the Head of the Art Collection Department in managing and developing the collection.
- Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with galleries, artists, museums, cultural institutions, and governmental/non-governmental entities.
- Logistics Coordination: Manage logistics for artwork acquisitions, loans, and exhibitions.
- Outreach Efforts: Lead efforts to identify potential artists, commission opportunities, and collaborations with galleries.
- Artwork Evaluation: Research and evaluate artworks for inclusion, ensuring alignment with cultural and corporate objectives.
- Logistical Support: Provide support for the installation, deinstallation, and transportation of artworks.
- Compliance Collaboration: Work with procurement and legal teams to ensure compliance with legal, contractual, and financial aspects.
- Daily Operations Oversight: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring artworks are well-maintained, displayed, and accessible.
- Documentation and Inventory: Manage documentation, inventory, loans, and conservation efforts.
- Record Maintenance: Maintain comprehensive records of each artwork, including provenance and exhibition history.
- Database Management: Manage art collection databases and digital records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
- Digital Archives: Ensure organized digital archives and image libraries for easy retrieval and sharing.
- Budget Oversight: Oversee the art budget, including financial planning and expense management.
- Conservation Management: Manage the conservation and restoration of artworks with external experts.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate engagement with stakeholders through educational programs, workshops, and outreach initiatives.

Cultural Engagement: Develop initiatives to connect the collection with the community, fostering dialogue around art and culture.
- Strong organizational and logistical skills to manage acquisitions, loans, and exhibitions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.

- Understanding of legal, contractual, and financial aspects of artwork acquisition.
