Job Title: Bidding Agent Intern (Unpaid)

Position Overview:
As a Bidding Agent Intern, you will assist in the preparation and submission of bids for various projects or contracts. You will work closely with our bidding team, supporting them in various tasks while learning how to evaluate bids, manage tender submissions, and understand the nuances of negotiation and pricing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in researching potential bidding opportunities and preparing documentation for proposals.
• Help in gathering and organizing project requirements, specifications, and client needs.
• Participate in preparing bid pricing and compiling all necessary bid documents.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure timely submission of bids.
• Support the team in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other materials for potential clients.
• Maintain accurate records of bid activities and ensure compliance with deadlines.
• Assist in monitoring the progress of bids and communicating updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Perform administrative tasks related to the bidding process as required.
