
Key Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and documentation.
- Oversee attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
- Handle grievance management, disciplinary actions, and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
- Coordinate training, development programs, and performance appraisals.
- Manage office administration, vendor coordination, and facility management.
-Organize and maintain HR and admin files, both physical and digital.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience in HR and administrative roles.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and HR documentation.
-Proficient in MS Office and HR software/tools.
