We are looking for experienced HR professional to join our real estate office in Dubai Investment Park. Ideal candidate should have a solid background in HR operations within the real estate or sales industry.

Open Position:

• HR Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding
• Draft contracts, manage employee files, and ensure labor law compliance
• Lead performance management and staff development
• Support day-to-day HR operations and internal coordination
• Manage payroll, leave tracking, and visa processing

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of HR experience (real estate background preferred)
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor law & visa procedures
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Proficient in HR systems
