The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices of UAE Labour Law.

Job Description

• Will handle the complete process of HR – from recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee benefits, employee relations, conflict management, etc.
• Foster a positive workplace culture and act as a point of contact for employee concerns.
• Resolve employee issues and conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
• Support managers in setting performance objectives and conducting evaluations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in HR management or similar role in Real Estate Company in Dubai.
