Position Title: Technical Recruiter
Location: Shadman, Lahore (3PM - 12PM)
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience: 2–3 year

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing and identifying candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job portals.
• Post job openings, screen resumes, and shortlist candidates for interviews.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain an updated database of potential candidates and track hiring metrics.
• Build relationships with prospective candidates to create a strong talent pipeline.
• Support the onboarding process to ensure a seamless experience for new hires.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in recruitment and talent acquisition strategies.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive mindset with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
