• Prepare and review preliminary and detailed cost estimates for firefighting systems in oil and gas projects
  
• Evaluate tenders, LOIs, contract agreements, and manage post-tendering activities
  
• Prepare and analyze periodic claims, reports, and variations
  
• Conduct cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work
  
• Assist in feasibility studies and defining client requirements
  
• Perform risk analysis, value management, and cost control
  
• Advise on maintenance costs of specific projects
  
• Coordinate with MEP subcontractors (main contractors)

Requirements

• Experience in preparing and reviewing tender and contract documents including bills of quantities
  
• Proficient in cost analysis for repair, maintenance, and feasibility studies
  
• Skilled in risk analysis, value management, and budget control
  
• Knowledgeable in preparing and analyzing costing for tenders
  
• Experienced in assessing variations and preparing periodic reports and claims
  
• Ability to coordinate with MEP subcontractors
  
• Familiar with cost reconciliation and budgetary control
